Bloom Bassinet Co-Sleeper

There are many nicely designed co-sleeper for your newborn. They have great features that will make midnight feeding more convienent for you and the baby.

The mattress and bumper is made from felted organic cotton. The material creates a natural, waterproof, non-toxic, fire-safe, dust mite proof, firm and comfortable sleeping environment for an infant.

By means of sensor technology, even the slightest breathing movements will activate a pulsing illumination. The pulse emulates a calm breathing rhythm promoting a relaxed environment, by providing parents with a reassuring visual of their baby’s wellbeing. The illumination can be set to a slow pulse, a steady glow or turned off depending on preference.

The bedside stand converts into a rocker to assist in soothing an infant. The altered structure is designed to be comfortably maneuvered from a sitting, standing or lying position.

Bloom adapts to an infant’s growing needs. At approximately 4 months when a baby grows out of the bassinet, an extendable stand elevates the bassinet, transforming it into a reclining seat suitable for the growing infant. The seat is not designed for holding a baby over prolonged periods, to encourage their development in a free environment.

Nicky and Georgina Christen Their Newborn Twins

Proud parents Georgina Ahern and her husband, Westlifer Nicky Byrne, had beaming smiles across their faces as they showed off their twin boys outside their local St Sylvester’s Church.

The sun shone brightly as Nicky and Georgina brought their precious twins into the church. Both babies were dressed in little white sailor suits, and did not seem remotely fazed by the cameras.

Nicky revealed how much the pair had grown – Jay was just 2lbs 13oz at birth and Rocco an even tinier 2lbs 11, he said, but as of last week they weighed a healthy bouncing 9lbs 6oz and 8lbs 11oz each.

The boys were born six weeks prematurely by Caesarean section at Holles Street in April and spent their first month in hospital.

“It’s a very special day,” said Nicky. “We’ve had three months off to get them home and see them thrive. It’s just fantastic. They grow so quickly, it’s amazing.”

Around 150 close friends and family packed into the picturesque stone church.

Over The Moon For Luna

I like this stroller by Mamas and Papa called The Luna. It is a lightweight stroller that fits most of the criteria that I look for when shopping for a travel stroller.

This vibrant stroller is so compact when it is folded that it fits into the trunk of an Austin Mini.

It comes with an apron that shields your child from the elements, a rain cover and hood. Your child is held in by a 5 point safety harness and can be reclined to many positions.

An additional adapter will allow the stroller to hold certain car seats, which is convenient for new moms who don’t want to disrupt a sleeping baby.

Offered in 4 colours – Black, fuschia, turquoise, green at mamasandpapas.co.uk for £130.00
