Donald Trump’s grand daughter Kai recently attended a Golf Tournament for the Eric Trump Foundation to Benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

You can’t help but notice that baby Kai has a FULL head of hair just like her grampa.

The only difference is that Kai’s hair looks cute and Donalds looks wild.

Family Ordered To Bury Infant’s 90-Year-Old Mummified Body

This may be one of the WEIRDEST stories I have come across…

New Hampshire family that has been ordered to bury the mummified baby the family has passed down to relatives for 90 years.

Relatives have kept the dead baby on top of a bureau and honored Baby John at holidays with cards and gifts. One year the stillborn infant was given, appropriately enough, a dried pet fish, relatives say.

Authorities seized the mummy last year after the man’s niece ratted the family out by mentioning Baby John’s existence to the staff at a day care center.

After tests revealed the baby had died of natural causes, either at birth or shortly after, officials refused to release the mummy to the Charles Peavey family unless it proved kinship, but Peavey says he can’t afford DNA testing.

Peavey said his family believes that Baby John was his great-great uncle’s child.

He claimed there was nothing unnatural about keeping a dead baby on top of his dresser.

“I’ve never treated him like a joke. No weirdness was going on,” Peavey was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.

“It’s one of the few things from our family past that we have left,” Peavey said in a written petition to the court, according to the AP. “And when I pass on, I was looking forward to passing it on to another family member, to keep some of the history for future family members.”

I have no words. Most families give a lost family member a burial – not Xmas cards or Goldfish!

Keri Russell was seen out in NYC with 3 month old son River.

Her beautiful baby looks alert and comfortable as he is sucks his thumb and watches the world go by.

Keri is a huge fan of slings. Since the baby’s arrival she has been seen carrying him in 4 different kinds.

I wonder which one she likes the best?

Zolo By Kushies

While at ABC I had the chance to preview Kushies new toy collection for Newborns to Toddlers. The line, called ZOLO, has a diverse group of toys that will appeal to babies with all interests.

Each piece is made from vibrant fabric and exciting patterns that are visually stimulating.

All of the toys promote different learning skills such as: cognitive, creative expression, independent play and gross motor.

Because these toys run on imagination, Zolo will give your baby a refreshing break from the monotony of flashing lights and loud music that normally accompanies the majority of kids toys.

UK School Has 20 Sets Of Twins

I swear that there is something in the water in the UK. Last week I reported on a Kindergarten class that has 9 sets of twins and 1 set of triplets. A few months before that I wrote about the class that had 5 sets of twins.

Today I read in the Dailymail that Grange School in Hartford, near Northwich has 20 sets of twins in attendance, including four pairs who registered this month.

Staff at the school say the situation makes taking attendance a little bit harder.

But teachers have built up so much experience in tackling the challenge of teaching identical siblings that the school now specialises in looking after them.

Roughly one in 28 of those attending the 1,140-pupil school is a twin. Fees at the school start at £6,060 per year for the junior school but there is a ten per cent discount for siblings.

Ariel Leese-Jones, whose four-year-old girls Athena and Bianca have just started at the school, said her daughters felt more comfortable with so many other twins in the playground.

There has been a steady increase in multiple births across the country, which has been attributed to fertility treatments such as IVF. Around 1 in 34 babies born today is a twin, compared with one in 52 in 1980.

Grass Found Growing On Baby’s Lung

This is a very interesting story…

Chinese surgeons who operated on a baby girl with breathing problems were amazed to find grass growing on her lung. The 10-month baby girl, from Zhoukou city, was initially diagnosed with pneumonia but the symptoms didn’t improve after several days of treatment. “So we took the baby to another hospital in the capital city,” the father told the newspaper. At the 3rd affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the baby was diagnosed with pyopneumothorax, a rare complication of pneumonia, but again the symptoms remained despite treatment.

Finally, doctors decided to perform open-chest surgery.

“We were surprised to find a 3cm piece of grass growing on the baby’s right lung,” said chief surgeon Li Qun.

Doctors removed the grass, and the baby is now recovering. The parents say the grass is the same type as in their yard at home where the little girl often plays.

Doctor says it’s possible grass seed was blown into the baby’s nose and through her respiratory system to the lung and found suitable growing conditions there. But they’ve never seen such a thing before.
